Mark is responsible for the smooth and secure running of Capel Court’s operations and services and is also the firm’s Compliance Officer. Having begun his career over 30 years ago with the Halifax Building Society, Mark has built up an extensive level of knowledge and experience within the financial services industry, both within a large corporate organisation and a small / medium sized independent.
Mark is a passionate believer in the principles of Continuous Improvement and the benefits to be gained from Training & Development. He has achieved the level 5 qualification in Management from the Institute of Leadership & Management and is a Chartered Member of the Institute for Securities and Investments.
Mark is a business mentor at the Stanway School (A Humanities and Math’s & Computing College) and is also a member of the Rotary Club of Colchester Centurion. When not at work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, going to the theatre and concerts, listening to music and reading (especially biographies).
