Providing a valuation for probate purposes of stocks and shares and other collective investments owned by a client at the date of death.

CERTIFICATE VALIDATION

Verifying the ownership and current value of a share certificate. Where appropriate the history of name changes, mergers and other events that affect the shares held can also be given.

SHARE DEALING

Execution only sale or purchase of any UK Government gilt, fixed interest stock, equity or investment trust listed on the London Stock Exchange. Unit trusts and OEICs can also be bought or sold at share dealing rates.

RE-REGISTRATION OF HOLDINGS

We help prepare the necessary documentation and arrange for holdings to be re-registered and new certificates issued.
